How do you transfer pokemon from Pokemon Ranger-Shadow of Almia to Diamond and Pearl?

I know about the whole thing about the wireless. My problem is what happens after the transfer takes place. Where does your Diamond/Pearl character go to claim the transferred Pokemon?|||after transerfer talk to guy with green hat

go to seek mission


you can get darkrai mission


you can also get manaphy palkia riolu dialga shayman darkrai and arceus


only manaphy riolu darkrai missions are available get them before time runs out other date for missions are unknown

hope this helps|||Actually, you can not. You can only transfer certain pokemon like Manaphy. You claim it by taking out 1 pokemon out of your team and go to pokemon mart. Then talk to the green guy and he will give you it.|||You can't!|||Talk to a man in the Pokemart.
