Ladies - How important is the size of a diamond for you when getting married?

Would you think your husband loved you more or less if he gave you a larger or smaller carat diamond ring?|||Diamond size is not that important,

It's the size of love you can give to your woman.

Dont worry about the expensive ring, just make sure that when you propose that would be really memorable.|||it's all about compensation|||Good question lol I want to know too|||To me, a diamond isn't important. Why throw out your money on a lump of coal that got too hard.|||For me, it wasn't about the diamond- it was about him proposing and my husband and I getting married. My first ring cost my husband $175 and it is beautiful. Later, when we had more money, he bought me a more expensive ring and now I wear both. It really is the thought that counts. Good luck!|||It didn鈥檛 really matter so much to me. In fact considering how much ring are, I think its absolutely ridiculous for a women to want an expensive ring, unless they plan to pawn it someday!

I think finding out what style she wants is more important. Of course to be quit honest, I had a particular style in mind, but once my fianc茅 did propose it completely didn鈥檛 matter, I absolutely love the ring I got!|||You should only get what you can afford *without* incurring debt.

*

*

*|||Doesn't matter really, just the fact that he got me a ring is enough! My boyfriend and I have been looking at rings together, so he knows the sort I like, and now he's gone out and bought one (but I'm not supposed to know) and to be honest, I don't care what it looks like, I trust that he knows me well enough, I just want it!|||I would think my husband loves me just as much as he always has no matter what the size of the stone is~

But if you are wondering what is the most important about buying a diamond its not the carat size, but the quality (aka clarity).|||I care about the quality of the diamond, not the size. I've seen cheap, larger diamonds with severe imperfections and even cracks... that is the choice of uneducated people that thibnk that bigger is better and that is not the truth when it comes to real diamonds.

For me, a good combination of the 4 c's (cut, clarity, color and carat) are the best bet when buying a diamond. One should purchase the best gem that one can afford depending of your means. It definitely go accordingly with the financial means of the groom to be, as it would be unnaceptable of a gentleman that makes a good living to propose to woman with a ring that cost less that his car rims.

Good luck|||It really doesn't matter. It's not about the size or how expensive it is, it's what it symbolizes.|||of course I wouldn't think he loved me less, because I'm not a materialistic beoch. come on! girls who place too much emphasis on the size of their ring are shallow imho. I don't even want an e-ring because I recognize the fact that me and my bf buying a house is more important than some piece of jewelry. granted different people have different priorities for what they do with their money but diamonds can't keep you warm at night, and you don't build equity in diamonds either.|||Its not at all important to me --- I didn't even want a diamond! And I don't think the size of the stone has anything to do with loving a person more or less.

There are men who absolutely adore their fiance's who just can't afford a large ring. It doesn't mean he doesn't love her.

To better answer your question, though: I care more about quality than size in the stones in my jewelry. SO I would rather my guy spent his budgeted amount on a good quality (cut/clarity) stone rather than getting a poorer quality stone in a larger size.|||I wear my husband's birthstone...NOT a diamond. MY choice.|||Not important at all. It's the thought behind it that matters only. The women that care about size are the ones who usually get divorced.Money Grubbers!|||I didn't care how big the diamond was, but some woman do. If you have been talking about engagement recently, maybe you could take her to a few different places and tell her you want to see what styles she likes, then you can get a feel for what is important to her. Wedding Chanel has a great website to find vendors close to you or you can just view the website for ideas!|||I don't think it's that important. I'd prefer to have a smaller diamond and not start out our lives as a married couple that's not financially secure over an insane ring payment. I would not think that my husband loved me less if he gave me a cheaper ring- he gave me himself and that's so much more than a ring. There's more important things to base how much someone loves you on than how much he spends.

In our case my husband gave me a choice between 2 diamonds that were the same price- one was bigger but was a lower quality and one that was smaller but of a higher quality. I chose the smaller diamond with the higher quality.|||Honestly, I had originally wanted an aquamarine ring, which is my husband's birthstone. Then he insisted on a diamond. I told him if he was getting a diamond, it should be high quality, regardless of size, but ideally I wanted .5 carats. He blew me away when he proposed with a .75 carat F/VS1 heart shaped diamond solitaire. Right away I noticed the size difference. I was impressed, but worried that he had spent way too much on a piece of jewelery. Then I found out that he spent about half as much (and paid cash) as a .4 carat diamond center-stone ring with diamond accents that I had looked at and I felt better about it.

Priorities should be put above all else. If you cannot afford it without incurring debt, you're not ready to get engaged (wait until you get your finances in order).

In the end, it really doesn't matter. I have friends that decided to not get an engagement ring and they just got wedding bands. What matters is your love and commitment, nothing else.|||It depends on how much money you have. The etiquette says that she picks the ring and YOU pick the stone, without her input. Problem can be that she picks a ring that can only accommodate a large stone. You will get an indicator of what she expects by the ring she chooses.

I am a diamond wholesaler, write to me if you want.|||Not important at all.|||Not at all. I don't want him to break his budget buying an oversized diamond because he thinks it shows he loves me more. I do however want to see that it took some thought about my tastes and what I like, and maybe that he'd had to save a little for it.

What is the life expectancy for someone with Diamond Blackfan Anemia?

A friend of mine has a son..His son has Diamond Blackfan Anemia..I dont feel right asking him this question. And all the searching I have done on the net have comes up without an answer..Can someone help me out? Thanks again.. And please dont be afraid to donate blood for the needy..There are less than 1000 people in the world with this disease, and they require frequent blood transfusions..So, please again..Donate blood for the needy..Thank You|||Diamond Blackfan anemia is a diagnosis about which it is difficult to make generalizations. First, because it is rare- only about 800 cases. Second, because it probably has several different genetic causes which may vary in intensity. Third, because if often it is NOT severe enough to justify a bone marrow transplant (which doesnt always help). Fourth because in about 1/3 of cases there are other malformations which might affect the prognsosis independently. Finally, it depends upon the rate of complications from the treatment- chronic steroids and transfusions sooner or later generate complications which are seldom mortal, but affect quality of life.

That said, if you regard "life expectancy" as something more than a number, read the story of the kid in the first source. His story, over 900 gallons of blood, his life in hospital, his anger, and his attitude toward "life expectancy"- are sure to be more informative than a date.

If you really do need a number, it can be said that most patients live to adulthood now (but formerly did not due to the effects of iron overload from transfusions).|||The above comment is right on. I'm 26 and have and will most likely die from organ failure due to iron overloads in my middle age than from the disorder itself. But growing up and seeing other kids with it I know I have it very mildy and that some of those kids probably haven't been alive for a whil

On Pokemon Diamond, do you need to participate in the catching show to catch Pokemon in Pal Park? My friend really needs help. How much is 1 carat worth for a diamond?

I was just wondering how much its worth, i really dont care about the cut shape or colour but the usual as a person would pay for a 1 carat diamond.|||It really does depend on the quality. I've seen one carat diamonds range from $600 - $6,000, in the U.S. I'm sure there are some 1carat diamonds that cost more.|||The cut, clarity and color are very important. Are there visible inclusions? The price could be several hundred dollars to tens of thousands depending on these three things. You could get a very low quality one carat diamond for several hundred dollars.|||The colour, clarity and cut all need to be taken into account - the weight is only one of the factors that go into pricing a diamond. The value of a 1 carat diamond varies hugely based on the other factors.|||For a 1 carat round modern brilliant cut diamond, D colour, IF (internally flawless) clarity, well proportioned, well made, we would estimate a retail value of 拢26,000; and at that quality, you should expect to get a certificate from an internationally recognised gem laboratory.

For E colour, VVS1 clarity, the price would drop to around 拢15,500.

For F colour, VS1 clarity, expect to pay 拢11,000

For G colour, SI1 clarity, say, 拢9,000

For H colour, P1 (I1) clarity, about 拢5,000

For I colour, P2 clarity, about 拢3,000

For J colour, P3 clarity, about 拢2,000

For K colour, Spotted, perhaps 拢1,000

For L colour, Heavy Spotted, perhaps 拢500

For any colour, Rejection clarity, between about 拢100 to 拢500

What is the average carrat size of a diamond on an engagement ring?

I'm doing a study to find out what size diamond most people have on their engagement ring?

thanks!|||From talking to my jeweler and other jewelers in my area (everywhere from malls to Harry Winston) the average person has less than one carat in a solitaire ring and 1-1.5 carats total weight on an engagement ring with side stones. For example if you go to Zales' website and see how the diamonds are classified by weight, there are hardly any over 1 carat.

A 2 carat ring, high quality (Cartier) will set you back at least $30,000. At the mall, you might find a lower quality ring for as little as $7000.

Most people don't know a lot about size though, people assume all the time that my ring is over a carat and it's only 61 points (0.6 carats).|||mine is .61...but lots of bagets on the sides|||1.75 or 2|||avg size usally depends on budget but seeing on how im in the diamon business. My wedding band is 1 carat in 5 diamonds.

So all together, I have a total of 3 carats once I get married.|||Mine is a 3 carat, and the wedding band is baguettes and the sides of the solitaire diamond. My engagement ring itself with the solitaire and baguettes totals 3.30|||Mine is 1 carat and beautiful, I think anything bigger is too flashy.|||mine is a 1 carat solitaire|||1 carat|||1|||you just wanna know what people have on their rings? well mine is 1/3 carrot, marquise cut....its so clear you can see throught it...itsa goreous stone and I love my ring...It's not huge, but the meaning behind it was! AND THATS WHAT MATTERS.

What would happen to a 1/4 carat diamond if it actually reached or passed the speed of light?

Forget all that "it can't happen" mumbo jumbo. Just tell me what would happen to the diamond if it did happen.|||Diamond has no particular privileges in this matter. It is impossible to attain exactly the speed of light but in principle one can get as close to it as one wants.

From the point of view of an observer on the ground, the diamond whooshing by at speed v would have much greater mass if its speed were very close to c: m = m0/sqrt[1 - v^2/c^2]

But even if you could see it as it went by that fast, it wouldn't make you any richer because someone whooshing along with the diamond wouldn't see any change in its mass at all.|||Asking questions that have no scientific basis really has no place in physics. But the answer is simple....to an outsider, the diamond would shrink to nothing in the direction of travel and it would have infinite inertia (i.e., infinite momentum) if it reached light speed. Finnally, time on the diamond would stop as an outsider would observe it.

If the diamond surpasses light speed, time, inertia, and length enter into the mathematical imaginary domain. This does not mean time travels backward on the diamond, but it does mean time ceases to exist in our known, real universe. Same for mass and travel length...imaginary.|||EINESTEIN'S FORMULAE

E= m*c^2

E= energy

m= mass

c= speed of light

the diamond will turn into light energy...it will be seen as light...

in fact, any mass that goes at the speed of light will turn into light energy....

How do you make Eevee evolve in Pokemon Diamond?

In Pokemon Diamond, How do you make Eevee evolve into Umbreon? I tried looking it up and I found something about moon stones and happiness... What is that about? PLEASE HELP!|||Eevee evolves into Umbreon at night with Max happiness and a level gain.

Hope this helped!|||It evolves if it likes you enough. Check how much it likes you in the pokeapp thing that you get to check your pokemons happiness. Tap and hold on the pokemon and if it shows 2 stars then level it up BUT DO IT AT NIGHT!! if you evolve it during the day it will turn into a Espeon (Psychic pokemon)

You can also check at pastoria city theres a guy in a house who will check how much the pokemon who is first in your party likes you. If he gives you a complement, or a prize, then evolve Eevee AT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To get your Eevee to like you...

-Give it the soothe bell to hold (You get it from pokemon mansion on the way from Hearthome city to Pastoria town, in one of the rooms a maid gives it to you)

-Take it to get a massage in Vielstone City

-Give it poffins that it likes (Check what it likes in the pokemon summary)

-Leveling it up

-Use items on it like Calcium, Protien, Zinc

DO NOT

-Let it faint

-Let it get low HP

-Feed it bitter herbs

-Take it put it in your PC

-Trade it|||To evolve Eevee into Umbreon you need to raise it's happiness, and then level it up in the night (7 PM or later). To raise its happiness do the following:

Attach the soothebell

Go to Veilstone City and get a massage (once per day)

Go to the Resort Area and then the Ribbon Building's second floor, get a massage (once per day)

Don't let it faint in battles

Take it to get revived at the Pokemon Center frequently

Level it up

Give it vitamins (HP up, Protien, Iron, Zinc, Carbos, Calcium, PP up, rare candy, PP max)

Then use the Friendship Checker Poketch App and when two big hearts appear, level up Eevee at night (either by training or use the rare candy) and it will evolve into Umbreon. Don't level it up at Route 217 or Eterna Forest, otherwise your Eevee will evolve into Glaceon or Leafeon.|||Actually, Moon Stones DO NOT evolve Eevee into an Umbreon. The only thing you need to do is battle with Eevee during the night (or give Eevee lots of Proteins, etc, then level it up during the night) and max out its happiness, which you can check easily on your Poketch and the Happiness Checker app. As soon as Eevee has hit max happiness, it will evolve as soon as it levels up one (EX: say Eevee's at level 10 when it's happiness is maxed out. Once it levels up to Lv11, it'll evolve into an Umbreon).

Have fun and enjoy your new Umbreon!|||There are SEVERAL ways to evolve eevee, making it the perfect addition to any team.

1: Thunder Stone will evolve it into Jolteon, electric type

2: Water Stone will evolve it into Vaporeon, water type

3:Fire Stone will evolve it into Flareon, fire type

4:Getting its friendship to the max, then raising it 1 level during the day will give you Espeon, psycic type

5:Getting its friendship to the max, then raising it 1 level at night will give you Umbreon, dark type

6:Leveling it up near the mossy rock in the north west corner of Eterna Forest will give you Leafeon, grass type

7 Leveling it up near the frost covered rock on route on the east side of the end of the route 217 closest to snowpoint city will give you Glaceon, ice type|||you make eevee gain very high happiness and then level it up at night. You don't use moon stones. to make it have higher happiness, just walk around with it in the first place of your party. but that will take a very long time. you can beat the elite four with eevee in your party and that will make it happy very fast.|||you have to make your eevee happy by training it, feeding it poffins, give massages extra. but be sure to do it only at night. when your eevee is at a high point in happiness; leveling up will make it evolve. if you do all this during the day then Your eevee. will evolve into espeon.|||Oh i remember. You have to boost your evee happiness to the max by putting it in your party slot all the time or train it. And then use the moon stone on it AT night. If you use it in the morning then it will evolve to an espeon.

Ħøρε íʈ Ħεℓρs! :D|||You don't use a Moon Stone. You level it up at night (8:00pm- midnight) when it has maximum happiness. You can increase happiness by leveling up, giving it vitamins, walking, etc.|||Umbreon can evolve during the night (8pm-4am) and a high friendship level

use a smooth bell to make it more friendly.

and don't use a moon stone

what is talking about a moon shard..(oops can't spell)|||The weird rock in Eterna Forest is for a Leafeon; on route 217 is for a Glaceon.

Anyways, you just make it really happy and evolve it at night. Why does a wedding ring have to have a diamond?

Why does a wedding ring have to have a diamond in it when there are so many pretty gems out there? Personally, I find that if it was some other stone (real stone of course) it would appear to be a more well-thought out ring since everyone seems to be getting a diamond. So why does it have to be a diamond?

Your thoughts?

I love diamonds, but I just feel that they are way too expensive. I wouldn't get it even if I could afford it for the fear of losing it.

And I'm not getting married. I'm just curious as to why people spend so much on rings.|||A diamond is the stongest and hardest gemstone. You will be wearing this ring nearly all the time for the rest of your life. I would think long and hard about getting another gem for this very reason. Some gems like Emeralds and opals are very very fragile and need specialist care to maintain their colour. In addition, be careful about which setting you choose, some modern ones though beautiful, are more prone to breaking if they are knocked. Claw settings (4 or more), and rub-over settings are the safest.|||I think you're thinking of the engagement ring. Wedding rings are usually simple gold bands without any gems in them. The diamond industry spent a lot of money on marketing in the early part of the 20th century to convince people that they ought to buy diamond engagement rings, and their marketing campaign just became a huge success.

They also informed every jeweler to tell men that they ought to spend two to three months of their salary on a diamond engagement ring. Since the jewelers made money off of this as well, they went along with this and started telling their clients that was how much they had to spend. To this day, there are many men and women who still believe that two month's salary has to be spent on an engagement ring not realizing this was a number the diamond industry just picked out of thin air to try to make more of a profit.|||A wedding or engagement ring doesn't "have to" have a diamond, but it is the stone that has become the most closely associated with weddings because of the De Beers "A Diamond is Forever" ad campaign, which started in the 1940s. The idea behind a diamond engagement ring is that diamonds, like love and marriage, ideally, are indestructible and last forever. But basically it was just because of a great ad campaign that convinced women that if men were serious about marriage, they needed to present them with a diamond worth 2-3 months' salary. Silly, really.

If you don't want a diamond engagement or wedding ring, let your potential fiance know that when the time comes, or be sure to have some friends or family members available to tell him that's how you feel, so he can pick out a different kind of stone.|||Wedding rings are usually a solid never ending band of gold or Platinum, the stones are reserved for the engagement ring, some people just choose diamonds but i personally think that the bigger the rock the more chav or false it looks.

Some celebrity wedding rings are vile and would be knocked every time you put your hand in your pocket or did any menial chore around the house.

I have a simple trilogy of diamonds in my engagement ring, 8 diamonds in my wedding ring spaced evenly around and as a present my hubby brought me a new ring with a blue topaz and diamond setting, not so much for the value as it was relatively cheap, but I really like it. All my rings are white gold as yellow gold looks horrible on me. |||It doesn't HAVE to be a diamond. I think that a ring is more precious and sentimental if the giver spends time and puts thought into their "gift". Choosing a "wedding" ring, can be a fun and memorable experience. Be different, have fun and let your ring say something about you or your relationship. Being different is awesome, having a "diamond" for your wedding ring is just tradtional, but in this day and age, seriously...........who, is traditional? |||It doesn't have to have a diamond. In many countries, a wedding band is just a plain gold band with no stones. Mine is this way, in fact. In the US, many wedding bands are traditionally made with diamonds on them, but this tradition is fairly recent. You don't have to follow tradition, you can always start your own. My engagement ring is blue topaz - I don't like diamonds, either. It's really about what you prefer and what tradition means to you. |||They don't have to have to be a diamond at all. The diamond industry has some great marketing, and diamonds are really touted as more special than they really are. It's also a long held tradition. If a girl's mom had a diamond ring, and her mom had a diamond ring, then she might be more likely to want one too. For engagment that is. Wedding bands are often plain gold|||First of all, traditional wedding rings are just plain gold bands.

Unless you mean engagement rings, a diamond is the purest stone you can get so thats why its normally used for an engagement ring, there is nothing to say you cant have any stone you want but they are not as hard or long wearing as a diamond.

I have a 1.05 square cut diamond on a platinum band and I wear it with pride, but if my man only got me a teeny diamond I would love it just the same.

Its what it stands for thats important not what it looks like.|||I've just picked up my wedding ring and its got a diamond in it, BUT, now that I have it, if I had to make the decision again I would just get a plain band as my engagement ring has a diamond already.

I didn't buy the diamond one because it is the norm or because its tradition, but because it is my birth stone.

And the fear of losing it hasn't yet gone away and I've been wearing this for two years!!!!|||Plain and simple: people spend to show off. My fiance and I split the cost of my engagement ring because we are equals, and pay for things together. And we didn't go overboard because we would like to pay for other things like getting our mortgage down, holidays, etc. I do have a diamond but the ring is very different.

Also, my best friend told her now husband when they were dating that she doesn't like diamond rings. She loves Amber so, that is what the stone is in her ring that her hubby got her. Very nice!|||It doesn't have to be a diamond. To each, their own. You don't even have to have an engagement ring, technically. Just wedding bands, which can be plain and simple.

Personally, I like diamonds over other gems, but that's just me. I think brides should have what makes them happy, and if that doesn't include a diamond, that's perfectly fine.|||It is because of long tradition that already started in the middle age but came to its full power in early days of Hollywood and that famous "Diamond is forever" campaign by De Boer Company. Since diamond are eternal they also symbolize the eternal love. And women are suckers for romance:)|||It doesn't have to be a diamond. I think people are accustomed to diamonds because they last forever (as a marriage should), for symbolic reasons.

I agree with you any precious stone would be acceptable some folks choose metals instead.

Ultimately, it is up to you and your significant other.|||I don't understand the diamond thing either. a friend of mine once said 'if my bf doesn't buy me at least a $6K ring by new year's, I'm dumping him'. 2 years later, he dumped her. no ring. it's stupid, because like you said, if I had a huge $6K ring, I would never leave the house with it! I'd be afraid I'd hit it on something and knock the stone right out.|||I feel the same way! Diamonds are beautiful, but I dont need one to know that he loves me. And, if he were to get me one with beautiful pink or green stones, he would prove that he knows me and what I like. And it would reflect my personality better than something everyone else has....plus I lose jewelry fairly easily..... ^.^|||Doesn't have to be a diamond. That tradition started less then 100 years ago. Most engagement rings, for those who could afford them were different stones. Rubies, emeralds, sapphire, rhodelites, tsavorite, etc were all used.|||wedding rings are supposed to be plain - signifying an eternal circle - hence, no diamonds!

and you won't lose it, it kind of 'grows' on you! - my wedding ring is plain, but cost more than most overstated 'tacky' rings - the cost is irrelevant|||they dont have to be a diamond, thats just tradition. you can make it your own ring, with a different gem, when i was little i wanted a ruby, and little diamonds around it for my wedding ring. but now i want just a normal wedding ring. but with a difffernt touch. |||Neither wedding rings nor engagement rings have to have diamonds. In fact, neither my engagement ring nor wedding ring has a diamond, and my wedding ring was only $50 (and purchased in Oregon so no sales tax.) :-)|||Back in the day, other stones were the common thing. My wedding ring was emeralds and diamonds...It was unique and I got complements all the time on it! now...I am divorced and it just sits in the box...|||the ring is symbollic of eternity there doesnt have to be a stone in it at all people just think it looks glamrous but costs a hell of a lot more than a normal ring|||I know engagement rings generally have diamonds as it's something to do with a long marriage - haven't heard of it for wedding rings though. Most are just gold/platinum and no gems|||This is a tradition, but you can change for UNIQUE Ring with nice stones. Check this website:

http://www.silver-ambermar.com

good luck|||It doesn't.

I have friends who have rings with other gems and they're just as beautiful. A diamond is just a more traditional choice.|||It doesn't. My engagement ring has a pink sapphire and i love it. I wouldn't want the same ring as everybody else which is why i didn't choose one with a diamond.|||Basically, I think it is a traditional thing.

Just something that people have always done......diamonds, but I think a pretty real stone would be just as nice and some are awesome. |||It doesn't.

Only the jewellery industry public relations people want us to believe that.

.|||It doesn't have to be a Diamond that is just tradition - why not get a ring with her birth stone in it? |||It doesn't. It can be whatever YOU want it to be.|||Cause it doesn't mean NOTHING, i mean NOTHING without a little Bling on it. Lol!!!!!

What is the next pokemon game after Diamond and Pearl?

And if you answer with some mystery dungeon or ranger crap just leave this question. I want to know the next game with many pokemon. Like Diamond and Pearl.|||Pokemon Platinum.

It's coming out this month (September 08) in Japan %26amp; spring 2009 in the UK.|||Pokemon platinum- a new sinnoh game kind of emerald to ruby and sapphire as it is to diamond and pearl. It's rumoured to have 59 new pokemon including new form "origin giratina", sky form shaymin and there's a way to unlock all the regi's at level 30. I think if you trade over Regigigas you can unlock them all. Also the temperature in sinnoh has dropped giving the characters a new look. It seems there's a new villain the team galactic proffessor. A new ally by the name of handsome. He is a detective which is supposed to be chasing down team galatic. Also like emerald and the battle frontier there's going to be one as well with 5 frontiers. A shadow world which ultilises ds full capacaty and it's a sort of upside down world. Also the gym's have had a make over, making them harder to get to the gym leader. It's going to be out in japan soon and out next spring in australia. Hope this is what you're looking for!|||Actually it is pokemon Platinum

it is being released in japan the next week, and rest of the world has to wait until 2009

it is featuring giratina as the mascot pokemon and that too in its new origin forme

Diamond and Pearl are the latest even though they are pretty old now. I am playing online Pokemon games now until this Platinum game comes out . http://onlinepokemongames.blogspot.com/2鈥?/a>|||Its Platinum. I think its the same thing as D/P but with Giratina as a boss instead of dialga or palkia. It has already on japan. I think there are more stuff there. also that the guys has new looks and i think there might be more items|||Pokemon Platinum. It will have a new forme of Giratina. There are also going to be 5 new pokemon. I think those new pokemon will be formes too.|||Pokemon Platinum. It came out on September 13 in Japan, but it wasn't announced in the US yet.|||Pokemon platanium is coming out in the spring of 2009..|||pokemon platinum it no different than D/P|||Platinum.|||yes there will be pokemon platinum and if i'm correct it might be for PC i'm not sure. it will come around 2009 of spring or fall maybe|||Platinum. Is it cost effective to have old diamond rings melted down into new rings?

I have some old diamond rings that my grandma left behind when she passed away. I will never wear any of the rings partially because they are too big and partially because they are ugly. To get to the point, is it expensive to get the rings "melted down" into a new ring that I would enjoy wearing?|||It is not expensive at all, and you will have the pleasure daily of wearing the ring you like. Think like it costs you a dollar daily ...|||Depends on what the diamond rings mean to you..|||you can get the stones taken out and have them set into new jewelry|||ya|||Go out and enjoy life|||I had 4 rings of my mums %26amp; 1 of my own melted down to make a new ring which I love. It means so much more because it joines us. cost in Aust $ was $560.....value of the ring now is $2000. I have so many comments on my ring....as i deigned it......I love it!. Would never have worn old rings.

Do you need more force to scratch a diamond with a diamond than you do to scratch metal with metal?

Lets say you make a simple mechanism, where you have a plate and above the plate is a knife that will scratch against the surface of the plate.

The plate and the knife are made from the same material!

When the plate and knife is plastic, the plate gets scratched and the knife gets blunt!

When the plate and knife is metal, the same thing happened.

When the plate and knife is diamond, the same thing happened.

So the question is... would you need more force to scratch and blunt a diamond using a diamond than you would with metal%26amp;metal or plastic%26amp;plastic? Or would the force required be the same, because of the fact that both interacting materials are the same?|||profound thinking, but no. there is the sharp edge and weak spots etc.

When can I start trading in Pokemon Diamond?

Can I start trading as soon as I get to a Pokemon Center, or do I need to beat the first gym leader before I can start trading? So basically what I want to know is, what is the earliest point in Pokemon Diamond when I can trade?|||you can start trading when you get to the very first Pokemon center. Then you can trade all you want but if you don't have the correct number of badges, the Pokemon will not listen to you. So you can trade at the very first Pokemon center. It just wont listen to you until you have the right amount of badges. I forget the amount of badges you need for each level of Pokemon but search it up and you will eventually find it.|||When you beat the first Gym leader. Then go to the trading center in Jublife City, in the upper left-hand quarter.|||wow people still play pokemon -.-... try a new game pokemon got old no offense

What colors will go good with a diamond white wedding dress?

i was thinking of wearing a diamond white dress and i wanted to go with a royal blue. what else can you put with this. i don't want the dress to look "dirty".|||silver is stunning|||Cool hues will probably go best. Black, blues, purples, and even some greens can look incredibly elegant and striking with your diamond white dress.

Once you choose a color, start incorporating it into your floral designs, table decor, and even wedding favors.

PWPOnline.com has a lot of great favors that will fit in with your theme or color choices. Plus they aren't too expensive.

Pending on what type of year your wedding will take place, the colors will play in heavily with your decor. Winter is probably the best time for diamond white, as it channels that splendor of the season. Silvers, other whites, and creamy blues are great for tying in your dress with a wintry theme.

If your wedding is in another season, remember to try to channel nature for some inspiration. Green, black, and white can be a great Summer color palette. In spring, try lavenders or silver. In autumn, a rich green or bold blue could be a great way to make a statement.

Hope this helps!|||Diamond white is just white.聽 Not a bright stark white, but you cannot even tell unless you have it right next to a bright white.聽聽 It is just a white that is a little more flattering to the skin tone, but not yet ivory.聽 Maggie Sottero made it popular and if that is who your dress is by, do not even fret .聽 Anything will match. |||Practically anything goes, but the clearer and crisper your colors are the better it will look. For example - emerald green not sage, silver not gray, bright ruby red not brick red. I think royal blue is lovely... would personally go with a bright royal blue and stay miles away from anything that could be construed as navy.

Congrats! :)|||Hi yes the silver is lovely with royal blue instead, you could add a dusky rose colour in the flowers to give it warmth (especially if the blue is almost hitting navy)

http://www.everyoccasion-inc.com/images/鈥?/a>

you could attach silver ribbon or dark blue

|||Diamond white isn't that much different from stark white (but so much looking nicer for the skin tone), it's a bit warmer, so avoid warm tones like yellows, champaign and pinks.

Silver and dark/royal blue should have no affect on the appearance of the diamond white of your dress.

Congrats!|||Silver and pale green with lilac flowers and corsages would look lovely with a diamond white dress.

If you really want to use royal blue, the complimentary colour of this is orange.

Have a good life together.|||Cool colors are best. Search online for a color wheel and select coordinating colors using that tool. take your personal attributes, and those of your bridal party, into consideration such as hair, eye and skin color.|||Everything goes with white, first of all.

I'd go with white, royal blue, and silver or gold for accents. |||My first wedding was royal blue and silver and it was beautiful (too bad groom turned into a monster!)|||i would suggest silver or maybe a pale pink.

Which Pokemon should I start off with as a starter pokemon in pokemon diamond version?

Which would be the best starter pokemon for pokemon diamond- turtwig, piplup or chimchar?|||Well, believe it or not it doesn't matter because they all have their strengths and weaknesses. Let me explain.

Turtwig to start of with, would be a really good choice for fighting water type pokemon referring to piplup but is not so good against fire type referring to chimchar. However, when at its last evolution which is torterra, it becomes a grass a ground type pokemon. This allows it to defeat fire type pokemon by using ground type moves. However it will still be vulnerable against fire type pokemon and will then again be vulnerable to water type as ground is vulnerable to water type.

Chimchar is a great choice for defeating the odds of grass type pokemon but is not a good choice for fighting water type. But when it does evolve into an infernape, its last form, it will pe able to tackle the odds of steel type pokemon, referring to empoleon which is piplups last form, with its fight type moves as it is a fire and fight type pokemon.

Again to say, piplup is a brilliant choice for defeating fire type pokemon, referring to chimchar, although vulenrable to grass type pokemon. Hence, when it will be able to learn ice type moves it can easily knock out grass type pokemon and as usual, it then again becomes vulnerable to Infernape as it becomes a water and steel type pokemon and Infernape becomes a fire and fight pokemon. It can use fight type moves to knock Empoleon out.

You see, each of these pokemon have their strengths and their vulnerabilities and have an equal chance of being better than another. I started off with piplup because it learns such great moves andwhen it is evolved into empoleon it is hardly afflicted by any damage when it is steel type. But this is only my recommendation. You should just think it through and chose.|||Piplup! I chose that Pokemon and now it is lvl 100!

|||Piplup !!!!!!It way cuter than the others !!!!!!!|||chimchar he gets fightin which mean fire punch will be more exfetive|||First off fighting does not mean he will get a powered up fire-punch and second of he is not fightinh

But yes choose chimchar or turtwig

They are the best two

Epoleon was a let down for me :(|||Chimchar there won't be any other fire type than pontya|||I always go for the water types because they are so versatile. They can learn multitudes of moves. Usually, depending on the Starter you choose, it also chooses the games' difficulty. the Fire Type usually is easy, because Fire types are brute strength. Water types are usually medium, because of their versatility

and Grass Types are usually hard because of their lack of versatility and slowness.|||Piplup is definitely the cutest, but I would choose Chimchar, as it is the only fire Pokemon obtainable in the game by normal means, besides Ponyta. And Moferno is so much stronger than Rapidash is, so yeah.

What PSU would be good for a Diamond Radeon HD 4890 graphics card?

What PSU would be good for a Diamond Radeon HD 4890 graphics card? I have 4GB ddr2 Ram, P55G (V1.0) motherboard, Intel Core 2 Duo, and a 150GB hard drive. I was hoping to spend under $100. Thanks|||PSU wattage isn't what you should be looking at. Your components draw most of their power from the +12V rail, which is why +12V rail amps are FAR more important.

Since you are using the PCChips P55G microATX motherboard with just one PCIExpress 16x slot, it tells me you will only be running one single video card (no Crossfire). So you don't need a stupid-huge $100 SLI/Crossfire-ready power supply.

The breakdown for your components' power requirements:

- The Core 2 Duo is a 65-watt CPU. That's 5.5 Amps on the +12V rail.

- The HD4890 draws around 200 watts maximum. That's 17 amps on a PSU's +12V rail.

- The mobo, RAM, drives and fans will pull another 5 amps.

Add it all together, your system will pull a total of 28 amps when everything is drawing max power at the same time (which rarely ever happens).

Get the Corsair 450W, which has 33 Amps on its +12V rail and will run your system nicely. Like I said, you don't need anything bigger because you will NOT be running Crossfire, not on that microATX board. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as鈥?/a> $60 after rebate.|||You do not need anything above 550 watts. How do you get 1000 or unlimited rare candy on Pokemon diamond ?

But on the actual Nintendo DS not on the computer version of it ?|||1) Action Replay (or some sort of cheat device)

2) Pokemon with the Pick-Up ability (minimum level 21, but chances of finding are higher at higher levels)

3) Buying it at the Battle Tower.

Obviously, the other two options will take longer.|||You must get an action replay which is a cheating device, the code, in case you are going to get an action replay, is :

Rec Items Bag Slot 1 (Press L+R) :

Rare Candy x999 :

B21c4d28 00000000

B0000004 00000000

00000dac 03e70032

D2000000 00000000|||you could use action replay or any other kind of device.

I have a loose diamond which is left by my late grandpa, but none of us have the certificate because he bought it long time ago. I need to sell it to open a business. Does anyone know where i can sell it in singapore eventhough i don't have any certificate?|||ebay!!!|||Hi ivan so did u manage to find one? i do have some pcs to sell too. only heard the house of hung, gonna try there

Does it matter how many tails a diamond kite has?

I am trying to fix my little sister's diamond kite, but there are two tails. I have been good at patching kites, but not messing with the tail. The length is 26 3/4 inches and the width is 25 1/4 inches.|||Generally the keel helps with vertical stabilization of the kite, so tails would provide further stabilization. I've never seen two tails, but you may want to make them equal length.

How do you get Ditto in Pokemon Diamond?

In Pokemon Diamond, how do you capture Ditto? Do you have to capture it by PokeRadar?|||There are many ways of finding it. One way is by using pokeradar on the spot its located. Or you can migrate it from you ruby,Sapphire, emerald, fire red, or even leaf green. Another way to find it is by using action replay to create a ditto for yourself. The last way to find it is by going on Pokemon Wi-Fi and trading with other people with their means. Hope this helps! =D|||Well the primary way to get ditto if you don't have the other GBA pokemon games is by pokeradar. They are located on Route 218.

Or you can send them over by Pal Park if you have Firered, Leafgreen, Sapphire, Ruby, or Emerald.

If you have Platnium you can find Ditto as one of the daily trophy garden pokemon in Mr. Backlot's garden. You could then trade it over to Diamond.|||you locate Ditto in route 218 with the Poke Radar, it is not a daily pokemon, you can find it everyday. Well to use Poke rader you have to go into the grass (without a bike) and go to key items and use poke rader, then some parts of the grass will move go to it and eventually u will find ditto.

Hope this helped

Mip|||You either import it from a GBA game. Or you go to the grassy patch just outside Canalave City and you use the PokeRadar there

Assuming you can afford ANYTHING, what size diamond for a size 8 Tiffany-cut engagement ring is best?

I mean, which is most attractive without being 'gaudy'? Something that is not modest, but not ridiculous? Also is 14 carrot white diamond good, or just okay?|||Whatever size you can afford and she likes. Ask her what she prefers, sometimes she will have a preference. Anything over .80 carats makes my hands look even tinier than they are, but I wear a ring size 5.25, so that's small to begin with. I've never heard of 14 carrat white diamond, sorry.

Good luck!|||Don't get gold, get platinum. And don't go for a huge ring, the diamonds tend to be of lesser quality often with bad shine and visible inclusions. Plus you don't want 2 look like those women with big bling and fake designer bags. Over 1.5 is just tacky (plus likely bad diamond).

|||My fiance got me a 1 carat, 3 stone diamond engagement ring and i absolutely LOVE it. it's the ring of my dreams.

if your lady wants a more traditional solitaire, though, i think anywhere from 1-2.5 carats is perfect. anything bigger than that gets a little out of hand. haha.

a good friend of mine just proposed and he bought his fiance this ring from Tiffany's.

http://www.tiffany.com/Engagement/Item.aspx?GroupSKU=GRP10019#f+1/1001/2001/3001/0/2001

it's pretty traditional and classically beautiful.

congratulations in advance and good luck with the proposal! :)

oh, and white gold is the best, i think. that's what mine is too. very pretty. :)

oh, and p.s. i have about the same size fingers as she does and that's the size that looks good one me. just fyi. :)|||I am about a size 6 and for me anything over 1 to 1.25 carat in a diamond starts looking gaudy and would make someone question if it is real. A size 8 is not that much bigger than my size so I'd recommend not going over 1.5 carats in the center stone of the ring. A ring with side stones can definitely go over 2 or 3 carats in total and look perfectly fine so long as the largest stone isn't crazy-big.

14 karat white gold is pretty typical for jewelry.|||Wow, that is a big diamond. I am assuming you mean 14k white gold? That is very nice, and a diamond of 1 carat is perfect, anything bigger is overdone or is going to look fake!!! Go to www.brilliance.com, they have been my favorite place to look at ANY custom jewelry for a long time, they have engagement rings( very nice ones! ) where you chose every aspect down to the diamond of choice and its extrememly affordable!! And very reputable, my mother bought her diamond studs there about five years ago and they are gorgeous!

Hope that Helps!|||14 karat diamond would be as big as your head. I think the 14 is the gold weight. which is a good carat.weight for gold.

As for diamond size, I would, personally, never go larger than 1 carat. After that it looks REALLY gaudy to me. But that's a personal thing. each woman is different. Have her try some on, or wait til you get those jewelry fliers in the mail and sneakily ask her what she likes.

Oh and for gold weight. stick to 10 or 14k for engagement and wedding bands. The higher the number, the softer the gold and the more easily damaged and scratched. This is something she'll wear forever. so make it strong.|||14? are you crazy??

lol, hope she stays out of the water because that baby is gonna sink!

honestly though, we could only afford a 1ctw, and it turned out to be an amazing ring. If you have the money by all means get one larger. Probably 3-4... I wouldn't go above 5 or 6, then you start to get monsterous.

I can't imagine your income if your looking at a 14....have you looked up the price of that? I think you maybe confused with gold consistancy vs diamond weight

edit: glad to hear she has no man hands rofl

yes I would probably go with a 5/8- 2ctw

I have a marquis, that and pear shaped are great because you appear to get a larger diamond regardless of weight because they have a larger "table" or visible size, also you can accent a small diamond with surrounding it with smaller diamonds which is often cheaper and also very appealing to the eye. I had that done with mine and it turned out fantastically!|||If you can afford anything, I would say a 2ct. cushion cut, tiffany legacy for 32,100.00 dollars and I would go with platinum so you aren't having to get it redipped. This is a really stunning setting.

http://www.ajediam.com/Sizes-of-Diamonds鈥?/a>

a 2.0 ct cushion cut measurements are 7.5x7.5mm

2.5ct cushion cut is 8x8mm

3ct cushion cut is 8.3x8.3mm

5.0ct cushion cut is 9.5x9.5mm

A credit card width is approximately 1mm

I also have to second http://www.brilliance.com and also

http://www.bluenile.com

I also have a size 8 finger and did try on a 1.5ct diamond and it was not at all too gaudy. I opted for a .89ct E VVS2 Emerald (rectangle shape) with dimensions of 6.77mmx5.02mmx2.97mm.

I have an understated taste and if money was no option I would choose a pave set platinum 2ct asscher (also 7.5x7.5) that is colorless (D-E-F) and in the VVS clarity range

A 1.5ct is 6.5mmx6.5mm and is a great choice as well

Most engagements rings fall into a 2000-4000 price range. This is what the average American spends. Considering this, you may want to go for a 6-12,000 dollar range. If you go with good quality, which you should, the bigger the stone the more rare.

If you are opting for gold, I prefer a lower karat weight (10K, 14K better than 18K or 22K), this will make the ring stronger and it won't bend as easily.

examples from bluenile:

cushion cut 2.03ct cost: 21,800

LD01252441

color F, VS1, v.good cut, ex. polish, v.good symmetry

7.88x6.87x4.46

asscher cut 1.51ct cost 10,805

LD0103756

color F, VS2, v.good cut, v.good symmetry, v.good polish

6.69x6.58x4.21

asscher cut 2.02ct cost 22,373

LD01326622

color E, VS1, v.good cut, v.good sym/v.good pol

7.15x6.84x4.66

It is very hard for many women to imagine what it would be like if money were no object|||I think a 3 carat ring would be perfect. Not too gaudy but not too small. That would be very very expensive. I wouldn't want a ring from Tiffany's anyways, too much of the money goes toward the name rather than the quality and size of the diamond.|||it depends on the size of the hand. i have small hands, and my fiance got me something just slightly over 1ct. i perosnally think its perfect, but if money was no object and i could get whatever i wanted, i would never go over 2. it would just be way too big for my hand|||Its depends on personal choices. If you like it and your fianc茅e likes it then that becomes the best choice. If you take my choice, as per your description I think a 2 to 3 ct diamond would look awesome.

B2CJewels.com

http://www.b2cjewels.com/|||I have that style of ring in white gold. I have very small hands, and my 3/4 carat is the perfect size for my small hands ( and I mean small, i wear child sized gloves lol)|||How tall is she %26amp; how much does she weigh, or about what dress size does she wear?

There's more to the equation than just her ring size.|||Me personally, I think anything over 1.5 carat is gaudy. It's just too big. 14k is good for the band. Still gold, but not as soft as 18 or 24k.|||Anything larger than 1.5 ct starts to look flashy and too much like costume jewelry|||I think 18 or 22 ct gold is better than 14. I'm not sure tho. for a size 8 ring, that's sort of a big finger cause that's 3 sizes bigger than mine...so I would say 2 ct diamond at least. I wouldn't wear anything more than 1ct myself because my fingers are skinny. so for a bigger hand, a slightly bigger stone.|||14 ct. diamond is too big. 5 ct. is humble and still beautiful. I think it's also the traditional size to get. Did you mean 14 karat white gold?

How do i get Mew on Pokemon Diamond without going to a nintendo event?

I have every previous Pokemon game if i need to use them:

Emerald, Ruby, Saphiarre, Fire Red, Leaf Green, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Red Blue and Yellow I have them all.

Also does anyone know how to get Celebi or Deoxys on Diamond to?|||Trade with someone who has one. Contact them over internet (I suggest the WiFi chat at www.serebii.net) and state that you want to trade your ...... for a Mew. It helps if you have a shiny pokemon. Then exchange friend codes and trade over WiFi.

It may take a while for people to connect so be patient when connecting. That's the only way I know to get a Mew without cheating or going to a Nintendo Event.

edit: Same goes for Celebi and Deoxys. However, Celebi cannot be obtained anymore so that will surely be a cheated one. That doesn't affect your game though.|||u cannot get it without action replay

fistly u have to get the action replay code for reaching mew in emerald or fire red

when u get mew then migrate it to pokemon diamond via pal park

the same with deoxys and celebi|||You can catch Mew in Red and Blue without cheating. I was skeptical at first but I reset my game and tried it and it does work. Here's a link to a video showing you h ow to do it.

What pokemon should i use at the beginning of the game in Pokemon diamond?

i've played pokemon diamond several times but im wondering what i should use at the beginning of the game? pick four for me to start off with (im using empoleon and hm slave which is bidoof) and one of the has to be either staraptor/ honchcrow|||Since you're using empoleon, you should try to balance out your types...

You should get a ground pokemon, onix and geodude works fine (even though they sound pretty wimpy)

also, get a fire pokemon, though there is a lack thereof within the game, try ponyta/rapidash, but it's a good idea to switch to magmar later in the game

get a nice flying pokemon that can both have Fly and deal nice damage. use staraptor for its fighting type

and finally, an electric pokemon, such as shinx (luxray)

that should get you pretty far in the game. you could also consider a psychic pokemon or something that learns psychic moves, such as drifloon|||I think you should start of with a Chimchar because they are pretty easy to train and are pretty effective if you train them right. The others are cool, but having a Chimchar is awesome! But is kinda hard in some gyms but still easy~ :D

on every site that i see PEOPLE always say that Chimchar are the best. NO.i say Piplup is the best because at the elite four Bertha uses ground type and flint uses fire type so you decide CHIMCHAR or PIPLUP!!! :^)

i say chimchar because you can always get a Magikarp train it a little into a Gyrados and then still have a fire Pokemon which there are not a lot of in diamond and pearl

Actually the best one to start with is Turtwig because it rules. :P :D :)

GYMS:

1: super effective

2: O.K

3: O.K

4: super effective

5: BAD

6: super effective

7: O.K

8: O.K

see its the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!|||Empoleon, good choice! And try to level up Bidoof to become Bibarel who is quite strong.I like Staraptor Use Shellos (who comes in 2 colours, east sea, pink and brown and west sea, blue and green) And Shellos evolves into Gastrodon (Gastrodon will also be different color depending on the Shellos) You can use Shinx, who evolves into Luxio and then Luxray. (Luxray is my personal all-time favorite) Get a Budew who will evolve into Roserade.

WARNING:~ DON'T USE KRICKETOT CAZ IT CAN"T BATTLE AT ALL! IT"S USELESS IN BATTLE!!!|||I'd have to go with what Pokemon Master said. It's also the only starter to gain its secondary type when it evolves into Monferno. I had a Infernape lets just say that when going against me don't. I'd start with Chimchar, Starly, Shinx, and a Budew. For the HM Slave Bidoof and for any I'd go for a Gible when you can.|||I think you should use chimchar becuase that pokemon is small, cute, and also very powerful and easy to raise up.|||personally i like honchcrow but go with staraptor becasue he learns more powerful moves at lower levels

and the other three?well try rapidish, garchomp, and the last one ur own choice|||staraptor. My favourite of all time.|||chimchar or chuck norris

Is it worth selling an old expensive diamond ring in order to start a business?

I am 26 years old and a junior in college studying history and theatre (ye, i know, i dont have a life). I dont have a job and am usually broke. My mom is pestering me to find a nice girl to settle down with. i am afraid of marriage and committment (that it wont work out like everything else in my life doesnt). Anyway she mentioned she put away in the safe a very expensive diamond ring worth at least 50,000 dollars. she used to say she's saving it for my future bride but id rather sell it and invest the money so i can have a business, the other things will fall into place afterwards.

so what sayest thou.|||If the diamond has sentimental value to your mother, then it isn't worth it. I would try to get a loan first. Do you even have any idea what kind of a business you plan to start? Come up with a business plan and look for investors or get a loan. It would likely break your mother's heart if she knew you wanted to sell the diamond. Not to mention, at this point, it's not really yours to sell.

After reading your added comments...I would say DON'T SELL IT!! If it is a good plan, you can find other funding. I started my own business without any outside financing at all, and I was beyond broke! Literally living with the threat of foreclosure and my car being reposessed at any given moment. Hard work, drive, and ambition are free...and you don't have to give up any family heirlooms in the process. I have a lot of antique furniture from my grandparents that is in prime condition. I had offers from people to buy different pieces and I would have definitely made some money on it. Now that my business is successful, I look back and thank god I did not go that route. As you get older, you will appreciate having something handed down from your family and will realize what a stupid mistake it would have been to hand it over for cash. You can not place a value on an heirloom. Seek financing elsewhere. There are 'angel investment' groups out there. Write up your business plan and shop around your idea. Where there's a will there's a way. Forget about selling the ring. You will regret it when you get older.|||Dude, the diamond market is horrible. It is impossible to get money out of an old diamond ring- no matter how valuable. It will keep its worth in your family, never sell it. EVER!|||How badly do you want to start your business? If its an heirloom I wouldn't sell it. If it's just a diamond ring... go for it. I've started a business, but having money is only half the battle. You can lose that money faster than you ever thought possible. Try going the bootstrapping route first, and educate yourself on running a business before you think about pawing the ring,.|||I would first look at the sentimental value of the ring. Chances are, It has been passed down from generations and means a lot if you hold onto it and follow her wishes. I would relay talk to your mom and see how she feels cause she gave it to you..|||A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Don't sell.

How do you enter a cheat code into the nintendo ds for pokemon diamond?

I found a code that could take me straight to Giratina's room and I really wanted to catch it without all the hassle. But also I heard there was a code for getting professor oak's letter so I can get shaymin too. But I have no idea how to enter in these codes into the ds. Can someone tell me in complete detail how to enter in codes for pokemon diamond? And if you know anyway of how to catch shaymin without an action reply please tell me.|||You have to have the event to get Darkrai, Shaymin, etc unless that you can't get it unless you cheat with an R4 or Action Replay.

As for Giratina you can get it with out cheating u have to go to 214 on the right side of the wall is nothing now you can go through to the Spring path, use rock climb to get up thengo up and find the door enter it and it will be all fogy, keep on going through untill you find Giratina it takes a while because their is more than one door (4), you can kill it or catch it. You MUST have the National Pokedex

Hope it helped

Mip|||you can go to a toys r us event to get shay min and darkrai.i really don't think there is a code to get oaks letter.the only codes are AR or gameshark|||buy an action replay they're like 20 dollars at Wal-Mart

What Why does the cost of a diamond vary from one place to another?would you like to ask?

I checked out the cost of a 0.5 carat flawless D grade diamond from several well known showrooms, providing certificates from different people. The cost varies from Rs. 37,500 to Rs. 1,25,000. Why is that so?|||It has to do a lot with the retailer's overhead (like rent, employees etc) to how much they want to profit.

Cheapest place to buy diamonds would be with one of the reputable online retailers like http://www.jamesallen.com or http://www.diamond.com.

They could probably save you 30%-40%

How much carat weight it a two point princess cut diamond?

I am wanting to know how much is a 2 point princess cut diamond in carat weight because I am wanting to buy a pendent with 348 of these on it. They are genuine diamonds and it also has like a 3 point princess cut on the top of the bell. It weighs 1 once and is 14k gold. The price is at $2200.|||Diamond have standard measure for weight in carats, and one cart equals to 1/142nd of an ounce, or 1/5th of a gram, which means that there are 5 carats in one gram. However some jewelers like to use the word "point" when describing diamond size. Diamond point is also the measure for diamond weight and is related to carats. One carat is divided into 100 points, which means that 50 point diamond weighs half of carat.

In case you want to know more follow this link http://worldofdiamonds.blogspot.com/2008鈥?/a>|||A point is 1/100 of a carat, so a 2-point diamond is 1/50th of a carat. With 348 of them, your TOTAL carat weight is almost 7 carats, but there is a BIG difference between 7 carats total and a 7-carat diamond.

I don't know how you can cut diamonds that small- sounds like diamond chips to me.

That price sounds pretty expensive.|||2 points is .2 carat I believe. Either way, you are getting garbage for a ton of money. they are tiny low quality diamonds all thrown together to appear to be "worth" something. Those diamonds probably cost less than a dollar a piece.

Can a jeweler put a princess cut diamond in a round setting?

I want to have my diamond put in a different ring.|||Yes. It all depends on the size of the princess diamond in comparison to the round setting whether or not the original setting can be used. Good news...A new princess head can be easily reset in the new ring to make it work.|||Yes, he can rework the top of the setting so it will fit, depending on how fancy the band is.|||I don't think so. Princess cut is a square cut and so it not possible to set the diamond in a round setting.

What are some excellent cheats for Pokemon Diamond?

Help! I have surfed the internet for hours looking for some excellent cheats for Pokemon Diamond, i love the game and all, but It just takes so long! Does anyone know of some good cheats, that DONT, i repeat, DO NOT involve action replay OR a previous Pokemon GBA game?|||No there are not any cheats.

WELL there is RNG which is Random Number Generator. It's not technicly a cheat. It only gets you shinies are something like that.

I really don't know much about it though, sorry.

PS Don't listen to people who say that pressing buttons or speaking into the mike will make catching pokemon easier. That is a lie. Each wild pokemon you want to catch has a certain amount of pokeballs it takes to catch it UNLESS you lower it's health or give it a status problem. THAT is what makes a pokemon easy to catch.

Oh yeah, the reason it is so long is beacause that is what makes the game fun!

Hopefully I helped.

HAVE FUN!!!!!|||Simple...

There are NONE withoutt an Action Replayy...

Nintendo don'tt agree with Cheating...

So they obviously wouldn'tt add itt into a game they createdd...

Even more so for one as big as Pok茅mon...

Sorryyy...

:P|||well only sometimes this will work if you say gotcha in the mike right when the pokeball is opening capturing a pokemon it raises the pokemons catch rate by 30% and when its on the ground if you do L then R then L then R over and over in that exact pattern it may increase its catch rate by 20% and if you repetitively press Y while its on the ground then it increases the catch rate by 60% but if you do all of these at once or do any of them wrong you lose 50% catch rate and cant regane it till you defeat the pokemon or succesiveley capture it.

Diamonds on Web was very very help and made me feel very comfortable with ordering online. I am from the united states but i can assure you that if they convinced me, then im sure that shipping over seas will not be a problem. 1) Go onto the route to the right of the cafe till you enter Veilstone City. Beat the gym there.

2) Help Lucas/Dawn to get the Pokedex back, then head back to Hearthome City.

3) From Hearthome, go south to Route 212 towards Pastoria City. Do stop and check out the Pokemon Mansion on the way, there are lots of useful items, and some EXTREMELY rich trainers there.

4) Challenge and defeat the Pastoria gym leader Crasher Wake.

5) Talk to the Galactic Grunt outside of the Great Marsh. He'll run away east. Follow him, keep talking to him, and he'll keep running away. Once he runs away, your Rival will appear from behind and start a battle with you.

6) After beating your rival, keep chasing that Galactic Grunt east and onto the beach. Past the two tubers, go north and into the hotel-- you can heal at the desk on the right.

7) Outside of the restaurant (building right outside the hotel's back exit), you'll find the Galactic Goon to the east. Talk to him, and he'll run to the north. Follow him north, and then talk to him again, but this time, instead of running away, he'll fight you. He's only got a Glameow, so don't fret.

8) After beating him, he'll run north, but he's no longer important. Go further north till you're near the lake's entrance, then you'll find Cynthia again. She'll ask how your Pokedex is coming along and will then give you the SecretPotion which can be used to clear the Psyducks blocking your path on Route 210.

9) Fly back to Solaceon and use it on the Psyducks! :)
