How do you get Palkia in Pokemon Diamond?

I have Pokemon Diamond. I have some weak Pokemon and I only have an Empoleon and Dialga. How do you get Palkia?|||Sorry you can only get him through trade|||You might be able to get palkia by getting all the earth plates and putting them in the statue at Eterna City... Tell me if this works so I can do it too... lol

|||Unfortunately, you can not get a palkia in diamond version. Palkia can only be captured in pearl version and platinum version.
