I just got a new pair of gizeh birkenstocks and I fon't know how to clean the bottom, it's suede. |||Do you mean the bottom of the shoe or the insole? The insole is suede; the bottom is rubber or plastic. You can clean the suede with suede cleaner and a suede brush. It's going to get dark and dirty no matter what. The oil from your skin will turn the insole dark.
